FAQ
What does a smoother AI experience actually mean?
How Rightly aims to reduce prompting, repetition, context rebuilding, awkward handoffs, and AI babysitting—without hiding the realities of an early beta.
What is Rightly?
Rightly is being built as a smoother way to work with AI: less prompting, less repetition, less context rebuilding, clearer handoffs, and less time spent managing the machinery. Rowan is its human-facing Prime assistant.
Why call it “the smoothest way to work with AI”?
That is Rightly’s product ambition and positioning—not a claim that every planned capability is already deployed or that every user will prefer it. The invitation-led beta is where the experience is tested against real work.
Does Rightly remember everything?
No. Rightly is designed to make relevant context easier to preserve and carry forward, with boundaries around what is needed for the work. It is not represented as perfect, unlimited, or infallible memory.
Does Rightly act without permission?
Rightly is designed to take useful initiative inside clear boundaries, not to turn a question or an expression of interest into authority for a consequential action.
Is Rightly production-ready?
No. It is an early beta. It is not represented as production-hardened, continuously available, independently certified, or suitable as the sole system of record for critical work.
Can I sign up or pay today?
You can apply through the public beta request form at no cost. Checkout, subscriptions, and payment processing are not live. Applications are reviewed for the current early cohort, and no card is required to begin an approved tester’s free month.
What will it cost?
For an approved tester, the first month is free from account-bound activation. After that, access is $29 per month only if the tester deliberately chooses Continue and completes payment. Without that action, the free entitlement ends and Rightly stops for the account. Billing is not live yet.
Will the free month turn into a paid plan automatically?
No. Rightly will not use an auto-converting trial. The free month requires no card. A $29/month subscription begins only after the tester deliberately chooses Continue and completes payment.
Can I cancel?
Yes. After you deliberately start paid access, the subscription renews monthly until canceled. You may cancel before the next billing date with no cancellation fee. Stripe’s hosted customer portal will provide self-service cancellation once billing opens.
Can I share my access or sell Rightly services?
Not without written permission. Beta access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials, redistributing protected materials, sublicensing, or reselling access is prohibited.
Is Rightly the same thing as this WordPress site?
No. This site is the public information surface. Rightly’s protected logic, governance, credentials, entitlement controls, and master materials remain separate.
How do I get support?
Use the Contact / Support form for questions or the Report a Problem / Suggest an Improvement form for product feedback. Rightly does not promise continuous monitoring or a guaranteed response time during early beta.
