A plain-language beta privacy notice.

This notice explains the information practices for the public website at speakrightly.com. Rightly’s protected operating environment is separate from this WordPress site and will require additional beta-specific disclosures before broader enrollment.

Information this site may receive

• Routine technical information generated when you visit, such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, requested pages, and security or server logs.
• Essential cookies or similar storage needed for site operation, security, and administrator sessions.
• Contact and support information you voluntarily submit, including your name, email, topic, organization, and message.
• Beta application information about your work, use case, AI-use frequency, multi-step work, reliability needs, willingness to report failures, beta tolerance, and follow-up permission.
• Problem and improvement reports, including category, impact, reproducibility, affected version, narrative details, contact information, follow-up permission, and any optional image or PDF you choose to attach.

How information may be used

Information may be used to operate and secure the site, review beta applications, triage and verify reported problems, respond when permitted, detect repeated patterns, prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve the beta. Rightly does not sell personal information or use this site for advertising profiles.

Where form information goes

Contact Form 7 routes submitted forms to Rightly support by email. General Contact / Support messages are not intentionally saved as WordPress submission records by Contact Form 7, though they may remain in email, hosting, security, or server logs. Beta applications and problem reports are also stored as private WordPress administration records with unique IDs for controlled review. Public visitors cannot browse those records.

Attachments

Optional report attachments are limited to JPG, PNG, and PDF files up to 4 MB. Uploaded files may be carried in support email, while the private triage record stores the attachment filename. Email and infrastructure providers may retain copies. Remove or redact unrelated personal, confidential, credential, payment, or protected governance material before uploading.

Service providers

Hosting, security, caching, email delivery, and core website functions may be provided by WordPress, SiteGround, Contact Form 7, and their infrastructure providers. Those providers may process technical or submitted information under their own terms and privacy practices.

No payment data here

Checkout and billing are not enabled. Stripe is the selected future payment platform but is not connected to Rightly. Do not submit card or bank information through any form. Separate payment disclosures will be provided before billing opens.

Retention and choices

Beta application records are scheduled for a 180-day retention review, and issue records for a 365-day retention review. A review date is not an automatic deletion promise: records may be removed, de-identified, or retained longer where reasonably needed for follow-up, security, legal duties, or verified learning. Contact Form 7 email and infrastructure copies may follow different provider schedules. Use Contact / Support to ask about access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify identity before acting.

Children

This early beta is not directed to children under 18.

Changes

This notice may change as the beta and its data practices develop. Material changes will be dated and, where appropriate, communicated to active participants before they take effect.
