Preliminary terms for the public site and early beta.

Using this site

You may use this public site for lawful informational purposes. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected areas, impersonate another person, or use the site to violate another person’s rights.

Beta access

Public applications are reviewed before access is offered. For an approved tester, access is account-bound, hosted, personal, limited, revocable, and non-transferable. Approval alone does not start the free month; the free month begins when hosted Rightly access is activated for that account. Access may be limited, changed, paused, or ended as the beta develops, including for nonpayment after the free period, security, abuse, legal, operational, or testing reasons.

No sharing, redistribution, or resale

You may not share credentials, redistribute protected Rightly materials, expose internal beta content, copy or publish master packages, sublicense access, provide access as a service bureau, or resell Rightly or Rowan access without prior written permission. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract protected logic except where law expressly permits and that permission cannot be waived.

Your responsibility

You remain responsible for your instructions, decisions, permissions, records, and use of outputs. Review important work independently. Do not rely on the beta as the sole record or use it as a substitute for qualified legal, medical, financial, safety, or other professional advice.

Activation, pricing, continuation, and cancellation

The beta offer is one free month beginning at account-bound activation, with no card required. The free month does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. To keep access after it ends, the tester must deliberately choose Continue and complete payment for a $29/month subscription. If the tester does not do so, the free entitlement ends and Rightly stops for that account; no charge is made. Billing is not live. Once deliberately started, paid access renews monthly until canceled. A paid tester may cancel before the next billing date with no cancellation fee, and paid access ordinarily continues through the current billing period unless suspension is necessary for security, abuse, or legal reasons. Stripe’s hosted customer portal will provide self-service cancellation once billing opens.

Beta limitations

Rightly is provided for evaluation and may contain errors, delays, interruptions, incomplete features, or changing behavior. It is not represented as production-hardened, independently certified, uninterrupted, or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is provided without warranties not expressly stated in a separate signed agreement.

Intellectual property

Rightly’s protected materials, branding, software, and system content remain with their respective owners. You keep ownership of content you lawfully provide, subject to the limited processing needed to perform authorized work and operate the beta.

Changes and questions

These preliminary terms may change as the beta develops. Material changes will be dated and, when appropriate, communicated to active participants. Use the public Contact / Support or Report a Problem forms for questions and feedback. Active participants may also use their private onboarding channel.
